The location is great. There is a car park nearby. the apartment i occupied was spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchen. i found it clean. breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. all staff members were great.

The hotel lacked people to perform massages! i booked it partly to relax and have a massage. This absence was disappointing.

the hotel sits in the heart of the district. it is very convenient. the opera house and many restaurants are easily accessible from here. the hotel is close to the oktogon tram stop! i found it easy to find.

i found the location to be very convenient to the main train station and city center. a fine view from the balcony was an unexpected bonus. the spacious room was a plus, as was the nice breakfast.

i think this would be more helpful arriving.

the front desk staff seemed unfriendly upon check-in. the night staff was more helpful when i needed to order a taxi. i hope the daytime staff improve their approach.
