The staff, particularly at the reception desk, was very friendly and helpful. However, there were some instances where the personnel were seen eating behind the counter, which felt unprofessional. The location was convenient, offering a varied breakfast spread and being within walking distance of many attractions and dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory but could have offered more healthy choices. The facilities included a tiny steam room, small sauna, a pool with a small jacuzzi, and proximity to the Oktogon metro station.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, but some may have a slight smell issue and can get warm until late evening. The staff is very helpful, especially Laslow, who goes above and beyond to solve any problems. The location is perfect for exploring Budapest, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience offers a good variety of food, especially the fresh fruit and pastries at the buffet.

The hotel had pros like a great area with loads of shops and restaurants nearby and friendly and attentive staff. However, it lacked efficiency as expected, and staff were unable to assist with metro directions. Car hire and shuttle services were available.
